Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping and Rates
Shipping is only available within New Zealand.
We do not currently ship to any of the outer islands, or to any PO Box addresses within New Zealand.
A Standard shipping rate of $12 applies across New Zealand, and free standard shipping applies for all orders over $150.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and collected by a carrier or courier. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery
Delivery time is usually an additional 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas, or during peak seasons.
A signature is not required upon delivery unless requested by you in the delivery notes.
We, or any person acting on behalf of us, will not be held liable for any loss you suffer, or costs you incur, once your order has been collected by a carrier or courier from our location, as this will be deemed as delivery to you, along with all the associated risks.
However, from the time of purchase, your order should not take more than 10 business days to be delivered to you. If you are concerned about the length of time your order is taking, please Contact Us so we can help you look into this.
Packaging
From our carefully sourced ingredients to our eco-friendly practices, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. This is why all our products and inhouse packaging are great for the environment and completely plastic free.
As we do not, however, have any control over the material used by carrier or courier services, we will endeavour, where possible, to use only satchels that are made in New Zealand and recyclable.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of these products, we have a no returns and refunds policy.
However, if you are unhappy for any reason, or your goods arrive damaged, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will look into this on a case-by-case basis.
